All our products are handmade with care, which means each item requires 7–10 business days for production before shipping. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow this time for us to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping times vary, but you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
No Returns or Exchanges (Unless Faulty)
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or defect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
