1. Handmade Plush Toy Artisan (Full-time/Part-time)

Location: SHENZHEN or Remote (if applicable)
Responsibilities:

  • Hand-sew and assemble plush toys with precision and care

  • Follow design specifications and quality control standards

  • Help develop new product prototypes

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Experience in sewing, plush toy making, or related crafts (portfolio preferred)

  • Attention to detail and a passion for handmade products

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

2. Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media

  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and general questions

  • Help improve our FAQ and support resources

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude

  • Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus

3. Social Media & Content Creator (Freelance/Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) showcasing our plush toys

  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and brand storytelling

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management or content creation

  • Creative eye for photography/videography

  • Passion for handmade and sustainable products
